If several pictures were selected (either directly or via their parameter files), then they can be processed as a batch, requiring no user intervention till all pictures are analysed. The files are treated in their alphabetical order.
All the preliminary steps described as interactive processing can be repeated here and the user can switch between pictures and save parameters as necessary. Once the analysis is launched, however, it runs for all the selected files. After each picture, the results are saved to the results file. If several pictures have the same site name, then a synthesis is calculated and saved.
If pictures were selected directly (not via parameter files), their parameters will be saved after the analysis, but only if the corresponding option is set to always save parameters. Note that, in this case, already existing parameter files will be renamed to *.001 before new ones are written (*.002 if *.001 already exists etc.)
It is also possible to calculate only the threshold as a batch: set the threshold to automatic and turn off all five analysis methods.
